Welcome to GalaxyHub IRC Network, It is about IRC (Internet Relay Chat) Network. GalaxyHub uses an IRC server software called IRCu & uses an IRC Services called Srvx. kind like of undernet. The name of the services bots are ChanServ, NickServ, MemoServ, & OpServ.
How do I connect to the IRC Server? you will need to download an IRC Client for free at IceChat Client or Freeware Trial 30days at mIRC Client. if you have an IRC Client, just connecting to riverlife.sg.galaxyhub.org server. type /server riverlife.sg.galaxyhub.org 6667 in your mIRC status window & you will be connecting in our server. Available ports are 6667, 6668, 6669 & 7000.
How do i get a vhosts? that is no HostServ available on the IRC Service., however, you can set yourself a mode +x to be hidden your real hostmark
How do i get a bot on a channel? that is no BotServ available on the IRC Services. you will need to get a shell account
How to become an IRC Operator? asking to be an IRC Operator will be ignored. we are not looking for an IRC Operator. Please don't ask for becoming an IRC Operators. however, you can become a network helper to help out to users needs. you must be an established user of the network, 16 years old above & in English language. Interested to become a network helper, Join #GalaxyHelp or #GalaxyService & look for available operators, you will given access to be Helper & you will given a channel voice if you are available for help. if you excuse or away from keyboard, please devoice yourself if you are not available for help. Take note, you will be logged if you idle & not to help.
